After completing your registration, a confirmation mail will be delivered to your mail address. The confirmation mail will be sent in HTML, which includes a link to edit your registration. Please be sure to receive the confirmation mail in HTML, and to keep it safely. Otherwise, you will not be able to edit it afterward.

• The submission deadline for project proposals to apply for travel assistance is Friday, Oct. 25th, 2024.

• However, we will continue to welcome submissions from those who do not require travel assistance, until the registration period is officially closed.

• Registration Deadline for Participation : Nov. 29th (Fri.), 2024.
  (Registration will remain open beyond the deadline as long as there is available capacity. However, once capacity is reached after the deadline, registration may close without notice.)
